On Sunday, February 25, Macario Advantage coordinated a visit by over 50 foreign yachters to the Kalinago Territory in Dominica for a cultural experience. During the visit, the local people put on art and cultural exhibitions for the cruisers. Macario Advantage assembled care bags and distributed the bags containing food and personal care items to more than 20 territorial elderly residents.
The Kalinago Territory is a section of the island of Dominica given to the descendents of the original native American Indians (Caribs) that settled the eastern Caribbean islands long before the arrival of the Europeans and Africans.
