Having witnessed first hand the level of destruction that a Category 5 hurricane can inflict on an island (Maria, in 2017 in Dominica), our hearts break for the people in the Bahamas that have lost most, or all, of their homes, businesses, possessions, livelihoods, and in some cases, regrettably, family members.
